Scouts are the stealthy reconnaissance arm of the Space Marines. The miniature shows a lean Space Marine in light Scout armour, often with a cloak or hood for concealment. He is equipped for shadow operations, typically with a long-range Sniper Rifle (or a Boltgun with a Combat Knife as a close-quarters option) and a wary, prowling pose. Their role is to recon, acquire targets, and seize key positions ahead of the main force, painting a picture of quiet, deadly efficiency on the tabletop. Painted schemes usually favor muted greens or earth tones to emphasize camo.
