The Hydra is the Astra Militarum’s mobile anti-aircraft platform. On the battlefield it appears as a rugged, tracked chassis topped with a multi-barrel Hydra Flak turret, designed to tear into incoming aircraft with a hail of shells. The model is a compact, heavily-armored gun platform, usually with Guardsmen crew figures manning the weapons and hatches. It epitomizes the Imperial Guard’s pragmatic, anti-air defense style—hard-hitting, dependable, and built to shrug off punishment as it lays down suppressive flak.
