Barbgaunts are the barbed, close‑combat variant of Tyranid Gaunts. The model is squat and sinewy, with a chitinous carapace bristling with vicious barbs along the back and limbs, and armed with serrated claws. It’s posed in a lunging sprint, screaming forward as part of a brutal melee swarm. Paint them with mottled greens and bone-tinted barbs to give a savage, predatory look.
