Gorbag and Shagrat is a two-figure character set from Games Workshop’s The Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game, placed in the Evil faction. The pair captures the brutal Orc captains in dynamic, battle-ready poses—Gorbag’s imposing, ruthless lead and Shagrat’s snarling, rival spirit—wearing patched leather armor and crude helms with scavenged weapons. Sculpted in the 28mm scale, these detailed metal miniatures are perfect as named leaders for an Orc/Evil army, adding character and narrative weight to Mordor’s legions on the tabletop. They’re a great centerpiece for any Evil force looking to channel the oily drama of Orc infighting and ruthless leadership.
