Sporocyst is a Tyranids bio-construct, essentially a mobile spore-producing factory for the swarm. Its hulking, bulbous body is studded with sacs and pods, with long tendrils and spore-bearing filaments that drip and lash as it moves. From its back and crown, it breathes forth myriad spores that seed new bioforms to swell the hive. A striking, monstrous centerpiece on the battlefield, the Sporocyst embodies the Tyranids’ creeping, swamp-like infestation—slow and formidable, until the spores arrive and the swarm swells.
